Plugins Fiber offers its customers one month free unlimited internet after subscription. The client chooses his/her desired package after the month is over.

Use the M-PESA PAYBILL: 996693 and account number:Your name

NOTE: Installation cost vary depending on location

Once the installation fee has been paid, the client forwards the Mpesa message to the sales agent incharge for further processing
The following is a run down of the installation process:
1.A ticket is raised
2.The ticket is assigned to technicians and goes through the following status:

To do status
In progress status(Includes cabling, router and signal termination)
Completed(This is after mapping is done and the conection is now active) 
   
		




how does one upgrade to a higher package?

  
You can upgrade to a higher package by paying the price of the new package you wish to subscribe to after the expiry of your current subscription
NOTE:
 YOU HAVE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE TO CONFIRM THE CHANGE AS THE PAYMENT SYSTEM MAY LOG IT AS AN OVERPAYMENT


How do i terminate the service

  
Please send an e-mail to hello@plugins.ke or call 0730833333 with details of your request. Once the service is cancelled, we will make arrangements to collect the WiFi router from your premises.
